mRemoteNG

mRemoteNG is a software tool that functions as a sort of “universal remote” for managing connections to various remote systems. Just as a universal TV remote allows you to control multiple devices–such as your TV, DVD player, and sound system–from a single interface, mRemoteNG lets you manage and control multiple remote connections, like SSH, RDP, and VNC, all from one place.

Analogy: think of a remote controller accessing different sources such as your tv, video games etc.

This article explains more about this tool, also provides some of the potential exploits and where to find the hashes for the users.
